![]() The room service menu prices are subject to fine print charges which seemed deceptive. Despite signs saying not to use room towels, just take a room towel, everyone there was. There is a sign saying to call the front desk if there are no towels, but there is no phone to do so. Other issues were the pool which can only be accessed via the main building lower lobby but doesn't have any towels so you have to walk soaking wet through the grand entrance, as there's never any towels. Concerned that this might be an issue that would get worse, we told the clerk in the lobby, who literally could not have cared any less. The next day while using the other elevator the door would not open after reaching the lobby, after pushing the open door button a few times it finally opened. ![]() After standing outside and in the lobby for nearly an hour we were allowed back, but one of the elevators wasn't working. Then at 11:30 pm the fire alarm went off, I don't blame the hotel, but no one bothered to explain anything. The room was dirty, dusty tables, what I assume is blood on the shower curtain, dirty grout in the shower, dust bunnies hanging from the air vents, dirty light in the shower. ![]() We were really looking forward to our stay but a few glaring set backs really makes me question if I would go back. ![]()
